Finally I can confirm myself that I need to study in the summer term :( for two subjects

Business Finance (Confirmed)
Company Law (pending)

Gonna gonna have lecture for 4 days out of seven ~ definitely a good idea to save myself from the originally hellish Sem 1 in the next term :)

Grasp the old feeling again for successfully design a story module for Neverwinter Nights, Morrowinds, etc !!

I haven't been writing Xanga for ages coz the time is really hectic in this semester. But I must write this entry coz it's way too important for AIESEC.

NLDS is over, finally all national focus areas are defined. Most things are under what I have expected, which we should go back to something fundamental, i.e. exchange, finance, information management and talent management, exactly the five sub-systems of @. For me it is a very wise step coz @ really need to have high quality product (people and sound subsystems) before we can talk about product leadership as the strategy of AIESEC 2010. The LN day is really cool with really top notch companies and organizations participating like UBS, Merril Lynch, CFA institute and the society of financial analysts. There are rooms of improvement for the sessions though.

I love the new @ dances which I have learnt, very cool ~ It's the time to Disco!!!! ~ blah blah blah ~~~

Loads of homework wait for me ahead ~~~ :(

2-week in Hell

The hectic 2-week nightmare has passed with tons of academics and @AIS implementation to do, though there's still one mid-term and mandarin test ahead ~

Whatever it is, I decide to do some personal shopping for myself, grab some clothes from Marks & Spencer, window shopping in SOGO and Times Square, I still can't find a fragrance / cologne which suits my taste, gonna wait and see!!

Time to plan ahead for my study and revision, I must start studying hard as the subjects are getting more important and significant in my GPA !!

Finally finish off the presentation part, still need to do some economic data analysis for appendix....I wonder if I dun take two-day off from work, after two-mid term within one day plus presentation tmr, I will definitely pass out.....

It's 4:00, I need to rest seriously, must have a great show tmr for an exceptional grade!!!!

Add oil for my colleagues, this week is an extremely hectic week full of earning announcements, sorry for taking day-offs in these days which you guys have to chase news in early morning plus working through days and nights to get the models and reports done........I'll back on Mon!!!

Skype with my mate from Ukraine and she's running for International MC Director in Finance in AP. This is extremely challenging for running such a post as an international MC while she's not a native speaker in English. I really can't share much about my experience as she's much more senior than me. I wish you all the best for running the election, and bring some positive impacts to the country which you would like to make positive changes.

Chart my cousin to know his recent happening in Canada after starting his accouting career, I discover another passionate soul who want to be a change agent and positive changes to the society, and this time the political system in Canada :XDD!! This makes me more to believe that everyone has a dream, from the people who are very closed to you to people in @!! I will always support you to be an ambitious politican who can lead the Chinese people in Canada to air their opinions to the government officials!! :)

~ Initial Public Offering ~

Another chance to see a non-Chinese Company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. First IPO application for some shares in the year of PIG. The HSI plunges nearly 700 points in these 2 days, very worry ~~~~~

Sampling Global Limited is a Malaysian Foresting Company which owns a large chunk of forest in Malaysia. It has focus a lot in the sustainable development of forest growth while continuing its logging operation. This makes me remind what is Socially Responsible Investing, for considering the triple bottom lines before investing in companies shares.

Hope that it can honor its promise as a high dividend stock and its CSR practices.

Fighting against deadlines for assignment, quizes, labs!!!! How come this sem is so hectic!!!! I'm tired and I still need to work in tmr morning, Earning Announcement for Hopewell Holdings......another conference call!!
